Art Gallery, Thinking of You Card, 2021 Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog

I think this "Art Gallery" is my new favorite stamp set. I love how versatile it is. You can use this set for a birthday card, wedding, anniversary, thank you, thinking of you, get well, Mother's Day and even a sympathy card.  Now if you have a set that will cover all those occasions you've got a gem. I'm glad I bought this set. It's easy to use and it's fun.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Mossy Meadow card stock. This card opens on the right and the fold is on the left.

I stamped the main flower from the "Art Gallery" set using Mossy Meadow ink. I only stamped around the edges of the front of the card base.

I cut a 3-3/8" x 4-5/8" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the Neutrals 6" x 6" paper stack. I am not fond of the images on the papers in those packs but of them all, this is my favorite.

I cut a 2-7/8" x 4-1/8" piece of Whisper White card stock for the focal piece.

The same flower that was used on the card base was used for the main flower. I stamped it using Melon Mambo ink that was stamped off once.  I stamped it directly onto the focal piece.  Then I repeated this on a separate piece of Whisper White card stock for the die cut flower.  Then I lined up the detail stamp and inked it up using Melon Mambo ink without stamping off.  I repeated that for the one on the separate piece of card stock.  Then I die cut the flower out.

The stem/leaves image was stamped using Mossy Meadow ink. It was stamped directly on the focal piece.

The die cut flower was set in place using Dimensionals.

The words are from the same set and were stamped on a scrap piece of Whisper White using black Memento ink. They were die cut using the die in the bundle. I love it that the words also have their own framed die cut.  No hunting for a die that will fit.

And I added a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock to the inside of the card and the card was done.  Isn't it pretty?

Thank you SO very much for taking your time today to stop by and have a look,                                    Wanda
