Love What You Do, Itty Bitty Greetings, Sympathy Card, 2018 Stampin' Up! Catalog

New stuff!!!!  YAY. My order came yesterday and I'm now playing with some new stuff.

This card was made using the "Love What You Do" and the "Itty Bitty Greetings" stamp set.  I used the "Share What You Love" Specialty Designer Series Paper (SDSP). The specialty in this paper is the shimmer on the flowers. It doesn't show up on the photo, but in real life it's very pretty.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Rich Razzleberry that was textured using the "Garden Trellis" embossing folder.

I taped a 1-3/4" x 5-1/4" strip of the SDSP on the left side.

I stamped the flower image from the "Love What You Do" set using black Memento ink on Whisper White card stock. I die cut it with an oval die. I die cut a Tranquil Tide scalloped oval to layer it. I set those layers in place with Dimensionals. I colored the flower in using the Rich Razzleberry Blends markers.  I LOVE those markers.  They make coloring SO easy and so pretty!!

I stamped the words from the "Itty Bitty Greetings" set using Whisper White card stock and black Memento ink. I punched them out with the "Classic Label" punch. I also punched out two of Tranquil tied and layered them behind the words. I set the words in place with a Dimensional on the right side and snail tape on the left.  And that was it.  A pretty quick and simple card to make.

This was a very fun card to make and a good start to playing with my new stuff!!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
