The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Soft Sea Foam. This card opens on the right and the fold is on the left.
There is a pretty textured piece using Soft Sea Foam card stock that almost blends into the card base. That piece measures 3-1/2" x 4-1/4". It was textured using the "Exposed Brick" embossing folder. I didn't have the folder that was used on the original card. But I try to make do with what I have.
I cut a Basic White piece that measures 3-1/8" x 4-3/8". This is the piece that all the other pieces with be taped/glued to.
Next I die cut the flowers using Moody Mauve card stock. Is mauve coming back in style? It's pretty. I cut one set of the three flowers and cut all three of them apart. And I also die cut the smaller top detail pieces, one for each flower. I also stamped the flower centers using the image in the set. They were stamped on a scrap piece of Wild Wheat card stock using Pecan Pie ink. I tried Wild Wheat ink but it was too light so I figured the color must have been Pecan Pie. I die cut the large one and fussy cut the two smaller ones. I glued the flowers together and then glued on the center pieces. I set them aside to set up.
While the glue was drying I die cut a Soft Sea Foam and a Mossy Meadow set of ferny leaves. I also stamped the other leaves using Mossy Meadow ink on some scrap Basic White card stock. I used the die to cut them out.
The words are from the same set and were stamped using Mossy Meadow ink on a scrap piece of Basic White card stock. I die cut them with the die from the same "Cheerful Daisies" bundle.
There's a little bit more stamping but it happened on the way I did my card, after the largest flower was set in place.
I took the 3-1/8" x 4-3/8" piece of Basic White and glued the largest flower to the left side. I made sure the flower petals didn't hang over so much that it would hang over the fold of the card base. So to make sure that didn't happen I set the Basic White piece on the front of the card and then set the flower in it's place. I just used the card base as a guide, I wasn't ready to permanently set it in place on the front of the card.
After the largest flower was set in place, I took the stamp with the three small flowers on it and stamped them near the largest flower using Moody Mauve ink. I stamped them twice. Once in the upper right and one to the lower left of the larger flower. I could have stamped them out a bit more so they would show better, but it still looks nice this way.
Next I added two leaves behind the largest flower and the Mossy Meadow ferny piece.
The smaller full flower was added to the bottom, leaves were tucked in first and then the Soft Sea Foam ferny piece was added.
I didn't have the same ribbon so I took a piece of retired white ribbon and folded it to fit across the word piece. I used about 6" of ribbon. It's just folded in half and affixed to the word piece. The ends on the right were trimmed, Dimensionals were added to the back and the piece was set in place on the front of the card.
The final flower was added, it's tucked behind the largest flower yet part of the petals are hanging over the word piece. I forgot to add the single leaf under that flower but I think it looks good without it. You can always add it yourself if you wish.
Using my light Pecan Pie Blends pen and colored three crystal rhinestones. I gave them a minute to dry and set them in place on the front of the card.
Dimensionals were added to the 3-1/8" x 4-3/8" piece and it was centered on the front of the card base.
A 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock was added to the inside and the card was done.
This was a fun card to make. It had lots of pieces but it's SO worth it. In person, I love the colors!
