This is such a fun layout from Split Coast Stampers. It's SC374. I thought it would work well with the Lotus Blossom image.
I used Melon Mambo for the flower and Pear Pizzazz for the stem.
The oval dies were used and the top one is set in place with Dimensionals.
The 4 panels are also set in place with Dimensionals.
It's a very simple card to make. Though I did have trouble with the panels. I didn't get the size right so I will share the measurements with you. Cut the panels 2-1/2" x 1-7/8".
I think it's a very elegant card and I'm thinking of keeping it for when I need a sympathy card. It has that feel to me.

Your card is lovely. I used a coloured cardstock for the actual card, and put the white panels on that - had to be very careful with the positioning of the panels since they showed up even more, but it's very sharp on the coloured background too. Matched the lotus blossom to the background.
