For the Birds Birthday Card

I was going through my current stamp sets to see what I had left after the ones that retired.  I do have quite a few and the "For the Birds" set was the first one I ran across so I grabbed it and this is what I came up with.

I colored the image in using markers and a blender pen.

The base of the card is Cherry Cobbler and of course the front is Whisper White.  I used a few embossing folders to add lots of texture and depth to the card.  

It was actually easy to do and I was able to make two cards at the same time because the dotted and striped background pieces were cut in half.  Such a deal!!

And most of all, this was a fun card to make!
