Delicate Doilies Indeed!

Delightful Doilies is a very fun set to play with.  It reminds me a lot of the Circle Circus set but with a doily look!

This card was from a Shoe Box swap and was made by Cyndi (a fabulous stamper!).

The colors used here are Marina Mist, Pacific Point and Crumb Cake.

A couple of rhinestones were added to the two larger doilies which gave the card a nice little bling.  It doesn't show up well in the photo though.

Don't you just love how easy it is to do the scalloped oval layers with punches.  Anytime I can use a punch to dress up my card I'm so there.  With those punches I typically love 3 layers but since the smallest oval punch was retired I have to work with 2.  But because this image has lines around the edge it gives it the appearance of having 3 layers.

This was a fun card to make and a pretty quick card to put together too!  I am thinking of making one using different colors.  It's always fun to have cards in different colors but the same layout so you can put them in a gift pack for friends.

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
