Christmas Card, October 2020 Paper Pumpkin Kit, Alternative Card

Here's a card I found on Pinterest that I thought was pretty. I liked it that I could make another card using the October 2020 Paper Pumpkin card without any die cuts. You can see the original card here.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.

I cut one of the card fronts from the October 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit and cut it to 3-3/4" x 3-3/4".

The bottom piece is from the back of the card that I cut the gold dashed 3-3/4" x 3-3/4" piece from.  I cut this piece 1-1/4" x 3-3/4".

The focal piece is also a piece of the back of the card from the kit and it was cut 2-7/8" x 2-7/8". And the Whisper White piece behind it was cut 3" x 3".

I took the Crumb Cake colored 2-7/8" x 2-7/8" piece and I stamped the wreath from the kit using Versa Mark.  I sprinkled white embossing powder on it and I heat set it. I taped the embossed piece to the Whisper White square.

The words are from the kit and were stamped using Versa Mark and embossed with white embossing powder.

The gold dashed piece was taped to the upper part of the card and the word piece was taped just below it, leaving a white space between the two pieces.

The wreath layers were set in place using Dimensionals.

I tied a gold organza bow and set it in place on the top part of the wreath using a couple of glue dots. I usually use glue but I wasn't near the glue and I'm a lazy person!!! LOL  You can use whatever ribbon you have or what is current. I didn't have any current ribbon and this went perfectly with the card, so why not?

This was a fun, quick and easy card to make. And it didn't have any die cuts on it!! I have not received my November Paper Pumpkin yet, so I'm still adding a card in now and then from the October set. I hear some have already received their November kit. I usually get mine around the 20th. Two more days!!  I will probably wait until the weekend to play with it though.

Thank you SO much for taking the time to stop by today and have a look,                                                Wanda
