Snow Front, November 2019 Paper Pumpkin Alternative Card, Christmas Card

Today's card is a little twist (or turn) on Tuesday's card.  I turned the card sideways and went from there.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.  On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Pool Party card stock. I stamped it with the snowflake cluster stamp and Pool Party ink.  I taped it to the front of the card base.

I took the Pool Party tag from the kit and I cut 3/4" off the the bottom (the side on this card).  Then I cut a 3-4/8" x 2-5/8" piece of Whisper White card stock for the back layer. I did not tape them together yet. I did my stamping first.

I stamped the snowman from the "Snow Front" set using Pool Party ink.  Next I stamped the snow hill looking image using Pool Party. I wanted to snowman to look like he was on a hill of snow.  Then I stamped the trees using Pool Party ink and I did stamp off once before stamping on the piece.  I stamped three of the largest trees, one is behind the tree die.  I stamped a couple of the smaller trees on either side of the snowman.  I taped the Whisper White layer behind it.

The words are from the November 2019 Paper Pumpkin kit. I stamped them using Shaded Spruce ink.

I took one of the large die cut snowflakes and place it in the right corner.  I lined up the tips so they didn't go over the edges. I set it in place using snail tape.  I could have used the glue dots that come in the kit but I forgot and the tape was right next to my hand.

I then set the stamped panel in place using Dimensionals.  I added the tree that I had trimmed down the other day. I had cut about an inch off the bottom of the tree.  I set it in place using Dimensionals.

I added a small Dimensional from the kit to the smallest snowflake die cut.  I added a silver sequin to the center and a few more silver sequins to the sky.

And that was it.  I like these two stamp sets together.  This was such a fun card to make.

Thank you SO much for stopping by today,
Wanda
