Joyful Days Memories & More, Traditional Labels, Christmas Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a super quick and pretty Christmas card to share with you. I found it in Pinterest. You can see the original card by clicking here. I did change it a little due to the supplies I have and don't have. Please read on to see how the card was made.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Real Red card stock. It opens on the right and the fold is on the left. I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White and taped it to the inside. I also cut a 4" x 5-1/4' piece of Real Red card stock and textured it using the "Jolly Holly" embossing folder.  I glued it to the front of the card.

Next I took the tree image from the "Joyful Days Memories & More" card pack. I cut a 3-1/4" x 4-1/4" piece of Old Olive card stock for the layer. I taped the pieces together and added Dimensionals to the back. I set it in place on the front of the card, centering it as much as I could by eyeing it.

I added a big stick glue dot to the center of the tree and then added the gold cord to it.

The words are from the "Traditional Labels" bundle and were stamped using Mossy Meadow ink. I cut them out with the matching die in the bundle.  I set them in place using Dimensionals.

Three crystal rhinestones were added to the front of the card and the card was done.

This was such a super quick and easy card to make. I really love the bright redness of this card. I have a few more of those trees left and I think I'm going to make 3 more cards just like this!  I am trying to use up the pieces in that package.

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Christmas card,
Wanda
