Joyful Days Memories & More, Christmas Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have another card I made using the "Joyful Days Memories & More" card pack. Please read on to see how it was made.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock that I textured using the retired "Snowflake Sky" embossing folder.  I taped it in place on top of the card base.

Next I took the tree card from the "Joyful Days Memories & More" card pack for the focal point. It measures 3" x 4". The Mossy Meadow layer behind it measures 3-1/4" x 4-1/4". I taped the two layers together. Dimensionals were added to the back and it was set in place on the center of the card base.

The words were done on my computer and were punched out using the retired "Double Oval" punch. The Mossy Meadow layer behind it was done using the same punch. I taped the two layers together. Dimensionals were added to the bottom and tape to the top and it was set in place on the front of the card.

I had some snowflakes leftover from last years catalog and I glued a few on the focal piece and the card was done.

I did use a few retired items here because I thought they would go so well with this image, and they did!

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Christmas card,
Wanda
