CD Birthday Card

This was a fun and quick card. I used the "Jazz" wheel and a black ink cartridge and off I went wheeling the musical lines!! I got the musical note with the heart from "Mini Mates" and the Happy Birthday is from "It's Your Birthday". I embossed the musical note in silver in two corners. The musical note on the CD is stamped using Staz-on. The words are also stamped with Staz-on. It just seems to be more vivid and richer looking than the Basic Black is.

The CD:
To cut the CD in half you just heat it up with your embossing gun and just when you see it start to bend a little it's time to cut it with a sturdy pair of scissors. Heating it cuts it cleanly, evenly and fairly effortlessly.

I sponged the edges on all the white pieces and taped them all together. I did use the Sticky Strip tape to adhere the CD to the card. I didn't think snail tape would be strong enough.
Thank you for checking in!
Wanda
