For the base of my card I used a half-sheet of Basic White card stock and folded it in half. I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Subtles" 6" x 6" stack. The color I used is Fresh Freesia. I taped it to the front of the card.
Using the largest circle die in the "Stylish Shapes" set I cut one from Basic White card stock. I took my blending brush and scrubbed on some Fresh Freesia ink in the center of the circle.
The precut shapes are in the "Spooky Sweet" 12" x 12" package of DSP. I punched out two bats, a broom, the cauldron, the green stuff for inside the cauldron, the bottle and the spider. I taped the spider piece to the bottle. The green stuff for inside the cauldron was taped in place.
I taped the bottle to the circle. The cauldron was added next using Dimensionals. The broom was taped across that. Don't add tape to the whole broom, just where it touches the cauldron.
I laid the circle on top of the card front to see where to add the words. The words are from the "Spooky Halloween bundle and were stamped using black Memento ink.
Tape was added to the back of the circle and it was set in place on the front of the card about 5/8" from the top and side edges.
The bats were added next using Dimensionals. I got out some black sequins I had and set them in place using small glue dots and the card was done.
This was such a quick and easy card to make and I was able to use a lot of those pre-cut pieces. I still have quite a few of them left.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Halloween card,
Wanda
