Spooky Halloween, Spooky Sweet, Halloween Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a Halloween card to share with you.  Yup, I'm almost out of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Spooky Sweet" 12" x 12" package. YAY!  I've been making SO many Halloween cards trying to reach my goal of actually using up a package of DSP! Please read on to see how I made today's card.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic Black card stock. I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White and taped it to the inside.

The background on the front is from a sheet of DSP in the package. There's several little background scenes. This was cut at 4" x 5-1/4" and was taped to the front of the card.

The cat was stamped from the "Spooky Halloween" bundle using black Memento ink on Basic White card stock. I cut it out with the coordinating die. I used my Blends pens to color it in. I used all light Blends in Pumpkin Pie, Granny Apple Green, Berry Burst and Pecan Pie (on the nose).

The elements on the front are all from the same package of DSP. I set the broom on first, then the cat and then the other character, that I have yet to figure out what it is. Any ideas? The candies were taped down on the bottom part of the card and the bat was cut using a die from the "Spooky Halloween" bundle. I set it in place using a small Dimensional.

I added Wink of Stella to the bat, the candies, the pumpkins in the background and the candy buckets.

This was such a quick and easy card to make. I love these pre-cut pieces!

Thank you SO much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Halloween card,
Wanda
