The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Mossy Meadow card stock. It opens on the right and the fold is on the left.
The Designer Series Paper (DPS) is from the "Cute as a Bug" 12" x 12" package. I used two different sheets to make work the front. I cut them both at 4" x 5-1/4" and I cut them on the diagonal. I can make two cards with this but I only made the one. I put the other pieces back in the package and I'll save it for another day and make a different card with it. I just really like the looks of those two sheets together.
The mushroom piece is from another sheet in the same package of DSP and I trimmed it to measure 2-1/2" x 3-1/2". Behind that is a piece of Cajun Craze that measures 2-5/8" x 3-5/8". And behind that is a piece of Mossy Meadow that measures 2-3/4" x 3-3/4". The layers were all taped together. Dimensionals were added to the back and it was set in place on the center of the card.
The words are from the "Simply Said" set and were stamped on a piece of Basic White card stock that was cut from a huge die from the "Banner Sayings" bundle. It actually measures 3/8" x 2". You can stamp that size and trim the sides at an angle.
I cut the oval from that same large die from the "Banner Sayings" bundle using Mossy Meadow card stock. I taped the word piece to the center. A Dimensional was added to the backside of the right and tape on the rest of the piece. It was set in place on the front of the card and the card was done.
I was going to add an epoxy ladybug to the card but I forgot before I took the pic.
This was a very fun, quick and easy card to make. And I do like how it turned out.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's thank you card,
Wanda
