The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. It opens on the bottom and the fold is on the top.
I cut a 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" piece of Garden Green card stock and textured it using the "Jolly Holly" embossing folder. I glued the piece in place on the front of the card.
The three pieces of the DSP are from one sheet. There's 6 different designs on the sheet. I had put Dimensionals behind the tree and candy cane. I just don't remember where I was going with those when I did that. So what I did was I measured the pieces and they are 2" x 3" each. I cut a piece of Basic White card stock to measure 5" x 2-1/4". I found center of the Basic White piece (2-1/2") and center of the center rectangle (1") and I taped the piece down.
I removed the Dimensionals from the other two pieces and set them in place eyeing equal space from the top and outsides. I glued this piece in place by centering it on the card as much as I could by eyeing it.
The words are from the "Greetings for You" mix & match ephemera package. I removed the backing on the ends (one end I had to trim the backing off and I set the piece in place on top of the rectangles and the card was done.
This was super easy and quick and it's going in my Christmas card stash for next year.
Now to get ready for company. I'm pre-posting this a few hours in advance because I will be busy with family for some fun, food and gift exchanging.
I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas eve,
Wanda
