I needed to make a get well card. This is not what I had in mind and I am NOT going to be mailing this card. I can't imagine receiving this (especially from someone who makes a card almost every day) and feeling better!!! LOL
I just tell myself, "not all of them are winners" and I move on! Sometimes it's SO difficult to put on paper what you see in your mind and other times it just comes out so well if not better! Today was not one of those times!
This card could use SO much finesse that it's better to toss it and start over than to try to fix it. I think this is a case of "there's no fixin' ugly here!" LOL
Tomorrow's post will be SO much better (can't get much worse than this!). Remember, I share it all with you. The good, the bad and the ugly!!! Today was the ugly!!!

thank you for showing this card. i looked at it and tried to figure out what didn't work, or how to fix it. i can't figure it out either. love to see that others have days like me.
Here is what I thought of that may help you like it better. Move the sentiment circle so it is popped up off the other and cluster some flowers around it.

Gosh, I don't think you're giving yourself enough credit! Definitely not worth pitching! Maybe move the sentiment circle just a bit to the left so it overlaps with the larger one... or layer them. And ribbon never hurt any card! I say don't give up yet!!
