Nature Walk

This is another card from our DIVA Day punch swap.  Denise is the designer of this card.  I SO love the Marina Mist and Chocolate Chip card stock on this card.  It's got such a rich look to it.

And the stamp set is "Nature Walk" from the Occasions Mini catalog.  I did get this set but have not used it yet.  I'm sure you are wondering why!!!  Well, there were just TOO many sets in that mini that I liked and of course I did get most of them on my wish list!  And now it's a matter of using them before the end of the April when the mini expires.  I'm sure I can manage to work up a few cards and craft items before then.  Actually I have a few in progress. My problem is I start something and set it aside because something else came to mind.  When that happens (which is ALL the time) it takes me a while to complete the projects but when I do I have some fun things to share with you all!  SO be patient with me as I work through these projects that I have sitting around here! It gets a bit crazy at times!

Anyway, back to Denise's FABULOUS card!  When we stamped the background image she had the the four images mounted on a clear block so we just inked it up and stamped on our card stock.  I thought it was such a cool way to do that!  I am SO loving the butterfly in this set and want to make a card with it on it.  I'm really getting anxious for spring. Yup, me the winter lover is now ready for spring.  Actually, what I'm ready for is my workroom to warm up.  It's been SO cold this winter and my workroom is downstairs and it just never seemed to warm up this season.  There were times I could feel the cold radiate off the walls.  And we are not going to even talk about our gas bill.  My jaw is still not back to normal!! LOL

I thank you Denise for letting me share your wonderful creation with everyone!  I SO love this card and what is nice about it is it would make a great masculine card too!  It seems there is a shortage of nice masculine cards out there!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
