I found this fun layout on Pinterest. You can see the original card here. I should have used the smaller squares, but oh well, I know better now. I love how quick and easy this card was to make. How fun would this layout be with other focal images? I'm going to have to give it a try some other time.
The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. I die cut the 4 stitched squares using Soft Suede card stock.
The leaf is copper foil card stock and was die cut using the "Colorful Season" bundle. I LOVE that bundle, it's so fun to play with and has several seasons in it! I set that leaf in place using a Dimensional.
The words are from the "Happy Birthday Gorgeous" set and I stamped them using Soft Suede ink. And that was it. A very fun and quick card to make. I can't wait to play with this layout again but using the next size smaller square. Stay tuned for that one!!!!
