This card looked SO much better in my head!! I was a bit disappointed in the way the black showed through the paper doily. I didn't realize the doilies were that thin.
And looking at the card now I can see it needs a bit more flare! I could have sponged around the words (which were done on the computer).
The dots were sponged on using a sponge dauber. I just tapped it on the ink pad and went straight down on the card stock. I didn't push hard, doing that would cause really dark dots and my Cherry Cobbler seems to be REALLY dark.
This card goes in the "UGLY" pile! And I thank you EVER so much for bearing with me on this one! LOL

Oh you are much too critical on yourself. I think it's a lovely card and plan to scraplift your idea and make one like it. I love the color combo also, it's very classy. Thanks for sharing!
