Cutest Halloween, Halloween Card, 2021 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog

I found today's card on Pinterest. I just loved all of the elements of this card, the pumpkins, the candy corn and the Designer Series Paper (DSP). You can see the original card here.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Basic Black card stock. This card opens on the right and the fold is on the left.

The Pumpkin Pie layer was cut at 5-3/8" x 4-1/8" and the DSP on top of it was cut at5-1/8" x 3-7/8".  I taped the DSP to the Pumpkin Pie piece.

The focal piece is a 2-3/4" x 3-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock.

I punched out three pumpkins from one of the sheets of DSP from the "Cute Halloween" 6" x 6" stack. I love it that I didn't have to fussy cut but the edges on these pumpkins was pretty smooth so fussy cutting wouldn't make me whine too much!! LOL

I set the pumpkins on the side of the Basic White focal piece so I could see where the words would go.

The words are from the "Cutest Halloween" set and were stamped using Granny Apple Green ink. Then I stamped the candy corn from the same set using Pumpkin Pie ink.

I cut a 2-7/8" x 3-3/8" piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock and a 3" x 3-1/2" piece of Basic Black card stock for the layers. I taped the Pumpkin Pie layer to the Basic Black layer and then I taped the Basic White layer on top. The pumpkins were then set in place using Dimensionals. Dimensionals were also added to the back of the piece.

I took the Pumpkin Pie piece with the DSP taped to it and wrapped some black gingham ribbon around it. I cut my piece of ribbon 6" and taped the ends on the backside. Then the piece was taped to the Basic Black card base.

The focal piece was added and the end of the ribbon (still on the spool) was slipped under the taped ribbon and a bow was tied and the ends were trimmed.

A 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock was added to the inside of the card and the card was done.

It's such a bright and cheery Halloween card. I've made several Halloween cards and now it's getting difficult to pick which ones I want to keep for the grandkids.  This might be one of them!

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop by to see today's Halloween card,
