Scary Cute, Halloween Card, Stampin' Up! Fall Mini Catalog

Okay. Last Halloween card for a few days.  I have other cards I want to make. I still have some Halloween ones to make but they are a few days further down on my list. Today's card was fun and quick too.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic Black card stock.  This card opens on the right and the fold is on the left.

I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Rich Razzleberry card stock for the front layer. And a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock for the inside of the card. I taped both pieces in place.

Next I cut a 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" piece of Basic White card stock for the focal piece.

I took two pieces of card stock and taped it to the right and left of the Basic White piece to form the sky panel.

I punched out a 1" circle for the moon. I saved the part I punched out and scrubbed on some Crushed Curry ink and then a little Cajun Craze ink with my Blending brush. Then I removed the piece and used removable tape on the back of the circle and I covered the moon I just created.

With the sides and the moon covered I scrubbed on some Rich Razzleberry ink at the bottom and worked my way up to the top. Then I added some Blackberry Bliss a little bit higher up. And at the very top I added some Night of Navy ink. And that was it for the sky.

The bats are from the "Scary Cute" bundle. I die cut 12 bats from the matching die set. I glued them in place. I thought they were too tiny to use tape.

The "Boo" is from the "Scary Cute" set and was stamped using black Memento ink.  And the card was done.

It was a fun, quick, and easy Halloween card!!

I appreciate you taking your time to stop by and see today's Halloween card,

I'm keeping this idea to use next year since I finally completed all of my Halloween cards for 2022. If I find I'm short a few though I'll be making them this year. Thanks for the great idea!
