Beautiful Bouquet, Bouquet Bunch, Birthday Card

I'm laughing here because I thought the top square looked crooked in the photo. Well, it's not only crooked in the photo, it's also crooked on the card.  I will have to remove it and straighten it out when I'm done with this post. But you get the idea even with it crooked!!! And I'm still laughing!!! How could I not see that?
I opened up Pinterest and there this card was, just screaming for me to make it.  The original card is not crooked!! LOL There was no link attached to the card on Pinterest so I just guessed at colors.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.  On top of that is a 4-1/8" x 5-3/8" piece of Tranquil Tide card stock. The next layer is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Pool Party card stock.  And the focal piece is a 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" piece of Whisper White.

I die cut a big leaf and the short leaf images from the "Bouquet Bunch" dies using Pool Party card stock, I also cut out the Stitched square. There are 4 squares in the package and I used the second smallest. Then I cut one of each using the Tranquil Tide card stock. I also cut out the bow. I lined up the two middle size Stitched square dies and cut out the Tranquil Tide frame.

I added Wink of Stella to the leaf pieces and the bow.

To assemble, I taped the open Tranquil Tide square in place.  I stamped the "Happy Birthday" from the "Beautiful Bouquet" set using Tranquil Tide ink.  I added the leaves to the back of the square and I set that square in place using Dimenisonals.  Set it straight on the Tranquil Tide square!!!  Eye the right edge of the card with the right edge of the stitched square and you should be able to get it straight.  Lightly set it in place in case you have to move it.

Add the bow with a piece of Dimensional and then add a rhinestone to the bow.  And that is it!

I thought it was a fun card to make and it's different. I like to step outside of the box now and then and make something different.  I don't know what it was about this card that caught my eye. It could have been the square frame.  I liked what I saw.

Thank you SO much for stopping by today,
Wanda
