It's Saturday the 1st day of September, it is Memorial weekend and the end to a very long and hot summer here in Minnesota. Our light bill has been the highest it ever was. These temps were not normal for our region. We are use to a few days of the hot and humid stuff but we had more than a few days and these days were also one after the other. UGH!
I am not going to be posting for a couple of days so I have some time to spend with the family. And besides, most of you are out of town anyway or spending time with your families. I will post again on Tuesday. I have some fun cards lined up and I'm hoping to have some other fun things ready for you as well. It will seem weird to me since I have not skipped a holiday weekend at all in the 6 years I've been blogging.

Hot and very dry here in Texas as well. Was over 100 deg.
