In Wilderness Masculine Card

Today I am going to share a card with you that Terri had made for one of the Technique classes.  The technique that night was the Faux Leather. It's a very fun technique.  I had done this one a while back and I really enjoyed it.

To make the leather looking piece you take a piece of card stock, doesn't matter if it's regular or glossy.  Then you cover it with VersaMark.  Once you have it covered you sprinkle it with clear embossing powder.  Next you take your bone folder and draw lines with it all over the piece. Make them squiggly, some close together and some far apart.  Then you heat set the embossing powder and that is it.  Easy Peasy!!  And a fabulous effect

This is such a fabulous masculine card.  I don't have the In Wilderness set but if I did I'd make a few of these to have on hand for the guys I need to make cards for this year!

Terri's Technique Classes are a lot of fun and I love seeing and chatting with the gals, they are all so nice and friendly!  It's a great group!

Give this fun technique a try!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
