Artistically Inked, Peaceful Moments, Birthday Card, Modified Rock n Roll Stamping Technique

Yesterday I said that I had made a second flower using Terri's  Modified Rock n Roll technique and today I thought I should make another card using it instead of stuffing it away somewhere and then wondering what colors I used or how it was made. Terri also had some other cards at the end of her video and there are other fun layouts.

I REALLY like the looks of this card.

On yesterday's card I forgot to spray and scrunch up the leaves. Today I remembered.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Pale Papaya card stock. This card opens on the right and the fold is on the left.

The strip on the Pumpkin Pie layer was cut at 2-1/8" x 5-3/8".  The Designer Series Paper (DSP) is from the "Expressions in Ink" 12" x 12" package. It was cut 2" x 5-1/4" and taped to the Pumpkin Pie layer.

The pretty scalloped layer was cut using the rectangle one from the "Ornate Layers" dies and gold card stock.

Then the top Pumpkin Pie layer was cut 2-3/8" x 4-1/8". The Basic White layer was cut at 2-1/4" x 4".  The words are from the "Peaceful Moments" set and were stamped using Pumpkin Pie ink. Then the piece was taped to the Pumpkin Pie layer.

The leaves were added to the flower using Dimensionals.  Terri has a nice tip for doing that.

After assembling my card I added a few rhinestones and the card was done.

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop by and see this wonderful card,
Wanda
