Thoughtful Blooms, Sending you Thoughts, Birthday Card, 2020 Stampin' Up! Sale-a-Bration

I found this simple card while surfing the net.  I pretty much copied it as it was just using different colors.  You can see the original card here.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.

A 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock was cut for the top layer.

I taped off the left side with some Washi tape. I taped off about 1-1/2".  I sponged Bermuda Bay ink on that left side.

Then I stamped Bermuda Bay tiny flowers from the "Thoughtful Blooms" 2020 Sale-a-Bration set.  I just scattered them around that sponged area.  I set it aside to dry.

I took a piece of scrap Whisper White card stock and stamped the tiny inside flower part using Bermuda Bay.  Make sure you stamp far enough up from the edge so you can punch the whole flower out.  I started too close to the edge and I couldn't get the whole flower in the punch.  I centered the stamped tiny image and then punched it.  You will need at least 7 of them. I used 7 and the original card had 7.

I set those flowers in place using a dot of glue.  Glue dots or snail tape should work too. I just used what the original card maker said they used.

Next I stamped the "happy birthday" from the "Sending You Thoughts" stamp set using black Memento ink.

I added pearls to the center of each flower.

Then I set the panel in place on the card base using Dimensionals.  And that was it. It's a very quick, easy and simple card to make.

Thank you SO much for stopping by today,
Wanda
