Snow Front, Itty Bitty Christmas, Christmas Card

I found this beauty on the internet.  You can and will need to see the original card here.  There's a video and I worked the card step by step. It didn't take long at all to do and I was pretty impressed.  Though it's not exactly like the original card, it's still pretty. There's a few things I would have done differently or paid closer attention to but it's done and I do like it.

You will need the following ink pads, Pool Party, Smoky Slate, Mossy Meadow, Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point, Night of Navy, Basic Black or black Memento ink and that's it.

I didn't hear the size punch used for the mask for the moon but I used a 1" one and it looked like it was right.

I didn't have the same wording as on the original card so mine came from the "Itty Bitty Christmas" set.  So go grab your "Snow Front" set and get started.

First you stamp the lake, then the images in front of the lake. That is where I could have done a bit better.  Then the deer were stamped. Next came the trees. All three sizes of the single trees were used.  The moon was masked and the sky was brayered on with three different color blues.  And the background was spritzed. I just grabbed a retired "Smooch" sprayer.  I didn't get the same effect as in the original one but there's shimmer in the sky and it kind of looks like it's softly snowing.

Now hop on over to the video and give this a try. It's SO pretty and SO worth it.

Thank you SO much for stopping by today,
Wanda
