Abstract Impressions, Get Well Card, 2019-2019 Stampin' Up! Catalog

I found a fun and cherry card on Pinterest that I just HAD to make.  Just looking at it made me feel happy.  It's SO cheerful.  And it was a very quick and simple card to make.

The base of this card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.  This card was cut on the 8-1/2" side at 4-1/4"  This card opens at the bottom.

I the 4th largest square scallop die and the largest stitched square die to make the focal piece.

The first thing I stamped were the words. From there I knew where to go with the leaves.

The leaves were stamped using Lemon Lime Twist first and using the leaves image that has the most leaves.  Then I used Granny Apple Green for the leaves that had the least amount in the image.  I only stamped them once on the left side and once on the right. I didn't stamp any more than that because the focal image would hide the rest.

I took the stitched square and stamped the leaves the same way. Then I took the flower image and stamped it using Crushed Curry ink.  The highlights were stamped using Mango Melody ink. That was the first time I used that color.  What a pretty color!  And that was it for the stamping.

I taped the squares together and I set it in place with Dimensionals.  And guess what?  You're done!!  And it's SO cheerful.  What a pretty get well card!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
