Creep it Real, Halloween Card

I was having some fun with the "Creep it Real" set.  I thought I would play with some of the other images in the set.  I LOVE the candy corn images, even though I'm not a big fan of eating candy corn.

The "trick or treat" words have the three little candies on the stamp.  If you just wanted the words, you can mask off the candy.  I thought the candy was cute, though as I look at the card now I think I should have masked it off, they really don't blend in well with the candy corn.  Oh well.  I think it's cute the way it is.

I didn't buy any Halloween Decorative Series Paper (DSP).  My DSP came from the "Painted Autumn" DSP 12" x 12" pack.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic Black card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Tangerine Tango.  On top of that is the DSP and then a 2-1/4" x 3-3/4" piece of Basic Black and the top layer is a 3-3/4" x 2" piece of Whisper White.

This was super easy to make, even with the coloring.  Sometimes I love to color and other times I don't.  I guess it just depends what mood I'm in.  And today I was in the mood for a little coloring.  I used Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight markers.  It went pretty fast too!

It was a fun card to make and I do like how it turned out.

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
