Swirly Bird, Garden in Bloom, Rose Wonder, Birthday Card

I found this fun card on Pinterest. You can see the original card here. It's such a simple and quick card to make.  When I saw this card I just had to make it.  I did change the colors though.

The base of my card is a folded half sheet of Crumb Cake cardstock.  On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White cardstock.

I die cut the three flowers using the "Swirly Bird" dies and Daffodil Delight, Rose Red and Melon Mambo cardstock.

After I got the dies cut out, I stamped the stems using the "Garden in Bloom" set and Old Olive ink.

Next I set the flowers in place and sponged the area with the matching ink.  I removed the die cut piece and used a dauber sponge to color in the area. I'd set the die back on and see how much more I needed to sponge.

Once that was all done I glued the flowers in place. Then I stamped the words from the "Rose Wonder" set.  I set the word panel in place using Dimensionals.  I added a few sequins and that was it.  I told you it was fun!  And easy!!  And quick too!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
