Dragon Fly Dreams, So in Love, Falling in Love, Anniversary Card

I'm just trying to use up a few things that are retiring in 8 days.  I know I can't use up all the stuff, but I'm going to try to use the things up that I only have a little left.  Then I won't feel so bad about the other things!! Crazy thinking, I know!! LOL

This was a fun and easy card to make.  The base of the card is a folded half sheet of Tip Top Taupe cardstock.  On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of "Falling in Love" Decorative Series Paper (DSP).  I marked the DSP on the left at 1" on the top and bottom and taped some retiring ribbon to the back.

Next I stamped the words.  These are from the "So in Love" set (that is retiring).  I taped it in place on the front of the Tip Top Taupe base.  Then I added the half doily.  I added a couple of dots of tape and slipped it under the ribbon.

I die cut the dragonfly using Sweet Sugarplum cardstock.  I set it in place using pieces of Dimensionals.  Then I added some pearls to the dragonfly and to the background.  And that was it. Not only pretty but easy too!!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
