An Awesome Artistic Birthday Card and Vellum View Technique

Today I'm going to share with you a card I received last month in Terri's Tuesday Technique Night swap.

This card was made by Tanya.  I LOVE how she colored in all the flowers and leaves on the image from the "Awesome Artistic" set.  A set I don't have but am seriously looking at. I'm sorry but I do not know what set the words are from. I do like them and may want to keep my eye out for that set as well. I looked through the catalog thinking I could find it quickly but no luck. I don't have time to page through it in search of those words, so when I do find it, I will post it.

This is a super EASY technique to do.  You can find the instructions here.  I also love how Tanya stamped and die cut the dragonfly. At first I thought she fussy cut it out. I'm too spoiled by all the new dies to fussy cut much anymore. Unless I absolutely HAVE to.  And I whine when I do it too!!! LOL

Give this technique a try. It's fun and it has an elegant and stunning look to it.

Thank you for stopping by today,
Wanda
