A Petite Pairs, Work of Art and Perpetual Birthday Calendar Christmas Card

WOW, that title was a mouthful!! LOL  It took several stamp sets to create this card.  I found a card made by Sylvia at Sylvia Stamps but I couldn't find it on her site.  It's there somewhere and I searched for a while but no luck.  Anyway, I liked the background she used on that card so I sort of went with it. I used the zig zag lines from the "Work of Art" set and I used the circle stamp from that same set. I used Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Mint Macaron ink.

The base of my card is Pool Party.  I also punched out 1" circles of Pool Party, Bermuda Bay and Mint Macaron card stock to layer the snowflakes.  And those cute snowflakes are from the "Perpetual Birthday Calendar" set.  I masked off the surrounding little ones to get the larger one.  I just punched out a 3/4" circle on a post it piece of paper and used it as my mask.  I used the 3/4" punch to punch out the snowflakes.

The words are from the "Petite Pairs" set.  I stamped them using Bermuda Bay ink.  I layered it on top of a scalloped oval of Bermuda Bay card stock.

I did texture the background after I stamped the zig zag and the large dots.

This was a very fun card to make.  I don't know what it is with me this year but I have now made green snowflakes several times!!!  What's up with that???  I'm REALLY stepping outside my box!!!  LOL

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
