Frankenstein Card a Thinlits Circle Card

Today I thought I would make one of those Thinlits Circle Cards.  I have not played with that die in a while and I really do like it.  So I'm sure you will see a few more cards made using it in the next few days!!!

I saw these Frankenstein cards last year and wanted to make one but never got around to it.  So now you can see how far behind I am on things.  A year sounds about right!  So sad!!!

I had a lot of fun making this card. It went together SO well.  It was quick and easy to make.  And after I got done gluing the hair in place I opened the card and it didn't work!! Yup, you guessed it, I made the card upside down.  Now it's scrap!!! ARRRG!!!

But I'm okay with that.  I still like the looks of the card and I can now say I made one!!

I used the 2-1/2" circle punch for the larger eye.  The 2" circle punch for the other eye.  I used the 1" circle punch for the black part of the eyes and the nose.  I used the chalk marker for the highlights on the eyes.  And I used a black marker for the scars.  I sponged the nose using Old Olive.  I may make another one the right way but for now I can at least say I made one!!! LOL  You can see the original one at Sandy's "Udderly Awesome Stamping from the Heart" blog.  She made hers right!!! LOL

Thank you for visiting today,
Wanda
