Another Quick Valentine's Day Card

Here is another version of the Valentine's Day card I posted yesterday. This one is even quicker! There is nothing stamped on the red background on this one.

I used the Stampin' Up! "I (Love) Love" jumbo wheel and Real Red ink. I layered that piece on top of a piece of black card stock.

The "Be Mine" was done on the computer and punched out with a 1-1/4" circle punch. The red layer behind it was punched out using a 1-3/8" circle punch and the black was done using a round scallop punch.

This one took a lot less time to make than yesterday's cards. Notice how nice and sold the ink is on here? What I did to achieve that was to huff on the wheel before I rolled it on the card stock. Look at yesterday's post and you will see what a difference huffing on it made. It got just enough moisture on the wheel to get the ink to become just a touch wetter to stamp a more solid image! Pretty cool, huh?

That is it for Valentine's Day cards. I have one gift item to show you tomorrow and it's then time to move on to other cards and projects!!

Stay tuned, I have another post coming today. Lucky you! This one is FABULOUS and you don't want to miss it!!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
