The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Basic Black card stock. A 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White was cut for the inside. I stamped the "Happy Halloween" from the "Oh My Fright" bundle using Basic Black ink. I taped it to the inside of the card.
On the outside I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock for the largest layer. On top of that layer is a piece of DSP from the "Frightfully Fun" 12" x 12" package. I taped that to the Pumpkin Pie layer and then that was taped to the front of the card.
The skeleton face is from the "Spooktacular" 6" x 6" package. To get the face centered I cut 1/2" off on each side. And for the top I cut off 1" and then cut the remainder of the piece to measure 4". I taped it to a 3-1/8" x 4-1/8" piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock. And then that was taped to a 3-1/4" x 4-1/4" piece of Basic Black card stock. Dimenisonals were added to the back.
A 1-1/4" x 4" piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock was cut for the strip on top of the large layers. It's about 1-3/4" up from the bottom of the card base. After it was taped in place I added the skeleton face and the card was done.
This was such a fun, quick and easy card to make. I don't usually stamp on the inside of cards but there was no room to stamp on the outside without taking away from the cuteness of the face.
Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Halloween card,
Wanda
