Lovely Blooms, Banner Sayings, Birthday Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a super quick and easy card to share with you.  It will probably take me longer to type this up than it was to make the card, and I'm a fast typer!  Please read on to see how it was made.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Secret Sea. I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White card stock and taped it to the inside. 

On the front is a 4" x 5-1/4" trimmed piece of Designer Series Paper from the "Lovely Blooms" 12" x 12" package. There are three sheets in that package that have several images per sheet that will create some pretty and quick cards.  

I taped this image to the front of the card.

The words are from the "Banner Sayings" bundle. I stamped them using black Memento ink using Basic White card stock. I cut it out using the die from the same bundle. Dimensionals were added to the back and it was set in place on the front of the card.

I thought the card could use some bling so I took out some retired sequins and glued them to the front of the card and the card was done. I didn't think it was enough so I added some Wink of Stella to the flowers but the camera didn't pick it up.  

This was such a quick card to make and since I finished my card so early for the day I'm going to head to my worktable to finish up a pair of earrings I started. I'll share them with you tomorrow if I get them done.

I just noticed a piece of backing paper from my Dimensionals on the front of the card. UGH! It's so dry in my house anything is sticking to everything!
