Spooky Halloween, Spooky Sweet, Halloween Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a quick and easy Halloween card to share with you. Please read on to see how it was made.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. It opens on the right and the fold is on the left.

I cut a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Spooky Sweet" 12" x 12" package. This particular piece actually has an oval frame with a bat on each end printed on it. I wasn't sure what I was going to do with it and as I was putting it back in the stack of pieces I cut I had set the house scene on top and thought it would make a fun layer. So there's my fun layer.

The house scene was trimmed to measure 3-1/2" x 4-5/8".  I taped that to the first piece of DSP and then I taped that to the front of the card.

The hippo, bat and candy corn are from another sheet in the package that you just pop out. They are pre-cut and already colored for you. Such a deal!  If you need a card quick, this is the way to go! I added these three pieces using Dimensionals.

I also added some Wink of Stella to the bat, the bag in the hippos hands, the candy corn, the pumpkin on the porch and the light fixture. And the card was done.

This was such a fun and super quick and easy card to make!

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's Halloween card,
Wanda
