Flight & Airy, Birthday Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. I was looking for a card using the "Flight & Airy" Designer Series Paper (DSP) and I found one using the "Nested Essentials" dies. I left it open on my computer and came back later and it was gone. Mystery to be solved later but I think I know who did it (glances in his direction with squinted eyes! LOL).  So I just went with what I remembered and winged the rest.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. It opens on the right and the fold is on the top.

I cut a piece of DSP from the "Flight & Airy" 12" x 12" package at 5-1/4" x 4" and taped it to the front of the card base.

Next I die cut the Bubble Bath piece using the largest "Nested Essentials" die. And I used the second largest die with the printed bird DSP and I taped that to the Bubble Bath piece. Dimensionals were added to the back and it was taped to the front of the card, just above center.

I could not find were the words were from. They were stamped at Terri's Stamp-a-Stack and I didn't add them to my card at the event. When I got home I used a stamp I had with different words on the card she offered in her packet.  The words were punched at the event using a 1-3/4" circle punch and I added a Boho Blue stitched circle using the die from the "Stylish Shapes" set. I taped the words to the Boho Blue piece and added tape to the top and Dimensionals to the bottom and set the piece in place on the front of the card.

A few pearls were added to the front of the card and the card was done.

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's birthday card,
Wanda
