Darling Details, True Beauty, Thank You Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I have a sweet thank you card to share with you. It's quick and easy to make too. Please read on to see how it was made.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. Once cut in half on the short side it measures 4-1/4" x 11". It opens on the bottom and the fold is on the top. I used the second and third "Deckled Rectangles" on this card. For the second one I used a piece of Designer Series Paper (DPS) from the "Stargazing" 12" x 12" package. And using the third die I cut a Basic White piece.

On the Basic White piece I stamped the stem and leaves from the "True Beauty" set using Granny Apple Green ink. This piece was then taped to the other deckled cut piece.

The flower, from the same set was stamped on a scrap piece of Basic White card stock using Berry Burst ink and die cut with the matching die from the bundle. I used a black marker to color in the center.

The words were stamped next. They are from the "Darling Details set and were stamped using Berry Burst ink.

The flower was then set in place using Dimensionals. The deckled layered pieces were set in place on the front of the card using Dimensionals and the card was done.

I think it's a sweet clean looking card. And it's off to the mail box in the morning.

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's thank you card,
Wanda
