Petal Park, Timeless Arrangements, Thank You Card, Stampin' Up!

Hello and welcome to my blog. Today I do not have a "Cheerful Daisies" card to share with you! I went with "Petal Park"! But I'll be back making more cards using the "Cheerful Daisies" set. I've found so many pretties that I want to make and share with you.

Today's card was found on Pinterest. I am not sure if it's a TikTok video, it's only a minute long. You can see it by clicking here. Please read on to see how I made this card.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock. I cut a 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) from the "Fresh as a Daisy" 12" x 12" package. I taped it to the card base.

Next cut a piece of Basic White that measured 4-7/8" x 3-5/8". I stamped the outline of the leaves on it from the "Petal Park" set using Mossy Meadow ink. Then I stamped the solid part of the leave using Mossy Meadow ink that's been stamped off once before stamping on the Basic White piece.

The flowers were stamped next. I used Berry Burst ink for the outline and Berry Burst stamped off once for the solid parts. I also stamped two more sets of flowers. I fussy cut mine because I didn't buy the punch. It just didn't fit in my budget, I had way too many items on my list and omitting this punch was part of my scaling down on the order. It's not so bad to fussy cut so I was fine with it.

A 5" x 3-3/4" piece of Mossy Meadow card stock was cut for the layer behind the Basic White card stock. I taped the two pieces together.

The words are from the "Timeless Arrangements" set and were stamped using Mossy Meadow ink. I die cut it with the smallest die from the "Nested Essentials" set. I set the piece in place on the front of the card, centering it as much as I could by eyeing it.

The fussy cut flowers were added on the front with a Dimensional.

I colored some crystal rhinestones using my dark Mossy Meadow Blends pen and I set them in place on the front of the card.

The center of the flowers looked like they needed something to I took the Wink of Stella pen and colored the center of each one.

The Mossy Meadow layered piece was set on the front of the card base with Dimensionals and the card was done.

This was a fun and easy card to make. I like all of the flower clusters on it.

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop in and see today's thank you card,
Wanda
