All Things Fabulous, Free as a Bird, Thank You Card, 2021 Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog

I found a sweet card on Pinterest and I thought it would make a nice thank you card. You can see the original card here

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Basic White card stock.

I took a scrap piece of Basic White and I stamped one of the larger flowers using Misty Moonlight ink that was stamped off once. Then for the highlight I inked up the center image and lightly stamped off and then stamped onto the flower. I did this for the other shaped flower in the set too.

The leaves are from the same "A Things Fabulous" set (that will be in the 2021-2022 annual catalog - yay!!).  I stamped the leaves using Mossy Meadow ink on a scrap piece of Basic White card stock.

I die cut the flowers and leaves all at the same time.

The flowers were set on top of the front of the card to see where the words should go.

The words are from the "Free as a Bird" set and were stamped using Mossy Meadow ink.

I taped the top flower in place first and I tucked the leaf under it before I pressed it down. Then the second flower was set in place using Dimensionals. I added a little Wink of Stella to the center of the flowers and that was it.

This was a very quick and easy card to make. I think it would be pretty using Highland Heather and Gorgeous Grape in too!  It would also work for other occasions too, like a birthday, anniversary, wedding, thinking of you, sympathy and get well. Very versatile.  That is why a stamp set like this appeals to me. I can get a lot of use out of it because it's good for more than one occasion or season.

Thank you SO very much for taking your time to stop by and see this quick and easy card,
Wanda
