Sailing Home, Itty Bitty Greetings, Masculine Birthday Card

I was thinking that maybe I need a few more masculine cards in my stash, so here is what I came up with.

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. This card opens on the right and the fold is on the left.

I used sponges to get the colors on my card.  First I sponged on some Daffodil Delight ink in the middle.  Then I sponged on some Pumpkin Pie ink. Above that I sponged Melon Mambo ink and the final upper color is Night of Navy.

For the lower colors I sponged Old Olive ink and then some Pacific Point ink on too of the Old Olive.

The sail boat is from the "Sailing Home" stamp set. I stamped it using black Memento ink.  The birds are also from the set and were stamped using black Memento ink too.

The words are from the "Itty Bitty Greetings" set and were stamped using black Memento ink. And that was it.

This is very simple and quick to make.  This would also make a great Father's Day card and even a masculine sympathy card.

Thank you SO very much for taking the time today to stop by,
Wanda
