Celebration Tidings, Thank You Card, Fall Card, Thanksgiving Card, 2020 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog

I found a fun card on Pinterest but I didn't have some of the elements to make it so I just used what I had and this is what I came up with.  You can see the original card here

The base of my card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock. The original card used Rich Razzleberry card stock for the base. I changed up the color layout.

I cut a 5-1/4" x 2" piece of Rich Razzleberry and a 5-1/4" x 2" piece of the new "Plaid Tidings" 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper (DSP). I lined up these two pieces and used transparent tape on the back to hold them together. I added snail tape to the back and set it in place on top of the Whisper White card base.

I die cut the Whisper White piece using the second largest "Stitched Nested Labels" dies.

The word piece was cut 3/4" x 4-1/4".  I used Versa Mark and stamped the words from the "Celebration Tidings". Then I heat embossed it using white embossing powder.

The image from the "Celebration Tidings" set was used here.  I stamped the top part first and then the bottom. I set the word piece in place so I knew where to stamp the bottom image. I used my Stamparatus to do this and try to get it as even as possible.  It's a little crooked but it's close! It's handmade!

The images were colored in using the light and dark Pumpkin Pie Blends pens on the pumpkins. The leaves were colored in using the light Old Olive Blends pen and the floral part on the image was colored in using the light Rich Razzleberry Blends pen. This strip was then punched using the "Triple Banner" punch. There is not a groove in the punch but I just lined it up and made sure it was equal on both sides. I taped this piece in place.

The Whisper White piece was set in place with Dimensionals and the card was done.

I like the original one but I'm pleased with how mine turned out too.

Thank you ever SO much for taking the time to stop by today,
Wanda
