2020 Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin Kit, Get Well Card

Today I thought I would play with my March 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit.  I have a lot of unfinished kits sitting on a shelf and after I get done with a big project, I plan to make them all up and get rid of those stacks.

Right now I am sewing masks for our local hospital. I will be delivering them on Monday. So that means that all weekend I will be sewing.

This kit came with note cards. I don't like making note cards so I went online to see if I could find anything that would catch my eye using this kit.  And I found this adorable card.  There is a video for it and you can see it by clicking here.

The kit has enough supplies in it to make four of this type card, plus there's still another 8 more cards to make in this kit.  I did opt to make all four of these cards the same.  I'm sure something else will come along and I will regret having made the four the same. But then again, if nothing comes along or I can't think of anything on my own, then the box goes on the shelf for another day.  I don't want these boxes to pile up anymore.

This was a fun card to make and the instructions in the video are very good.  From beginning to end, the video for this card was almost 11 minutes long.  Longer if you do all four at one time as you play along. I did a lot of pausing!!  But it was SO worth it because I think this card is SO stinkin' cute!

Tomorrow I will make something that is not a Paper Pumpkin card.

But for now I'm off to my sewing machine. I have lots of masks to make. I have a sewing machine from 1978 and it still runs. Though I did have trouble finding a new belt for it, so I moved the motor mount further away and the new belt worked just fine. So far so good!

I thank you SO much for stopping by and I hope that you are safe and healthy.
