Good Morning Magnolia, Thank You Card

First of all, I'd like to wish you all a VERY Happy New Year!!!

Today's card is not only pretty, but it's pretty quick and simple to make.  And I didn't mess it up today.  You can find the original card here.  I thought it was so pretty that I had to make one.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Mossy Meadow card stock.  This card is folded on the left and opens on the right.

I took a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Blushing Bride and a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Designer Series Paper (DSP) and taped the two together.

I took a piece of Petal Pink Organdy ribbon that measures 6" and I taped the raw ends on the back of the Blushing Bride card stock.

Next I added Dimensionals to the back of the Blushing Bride card stock piece and set it in place on top of the card base.

The words are from the "Good Morning Magnolia" set.  They were stamped using Black Memento ink, though Mossy Meadow ink would be pretty too.  Then I die cut them with the "Stitched Nested Labels" dies.  I used Mossy Meadow card stock for the layer. I taped the two pieces together and set them on top of the ribbon using Dimensionals.

I tied a bow using the organdy ribbon. I set it in place using a glue dot and the card was done.  Oh, I did add a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Whisper White card stock to the inside.

I think it took me longer to type this up than it did to make the card!!!

It's SO pretty and like I said, very simple and quick to make!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
