Better Together, Southern Serenade, Petal Promenade DSP, Wedding or Anniversary Card

I found this beautiful card on the internet.  You can see the original card here.  I changed the words but other than that it's pretty much copied.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Gray Granite. Petal Pink card stock and ink are used to make this card. Plus Very Vanilla card stock.  The flowers are from the "Petal Promenade" 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper Pack.

The words are from the "Better Together" set and the lacy background is from the "Southern Serenade" set. I inked it up with Petal Pink ink and stamped off once.  I tried it directly from the pad but it's too dark.  I had set the image layer in place using Dimensionals.

You can find all of the information and measurements needed to make this card at the link provided.  But as I was typing that I had remembered a card I used to love to make and when I went to my post and clicked on the link, the link was no longer valid.  Either the site was taken down or it became private.  SO, I will provide the measurements here.  But be sure to check out the original card.

Cut your pieces as follows:

Gray Granite — 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″
Petal Pink — 4″ x 5 1/4″Gray Granite — 3-5/8″ x 4-7/8″Very Vanilla — 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″Gray Granite — 2-1/2″ x 4″Very Vanilla — 2-3/8″ x 3-7/8″Petal Promenade DSP – 2-1/4″ x 3-3/4″. At the original site, I found the last measurement to be wrong, so I corrected it here.  It should be 3-3/4" instead of 3-1/2". I realized that after I had cut my DSP.  Hopefully I can find some other use for it in the near future.

This was a very fun card to make. I just think it's SO stunning. This would make a great wedding or anniversary card.

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
