Snowflakes Sentiments, Swirly Snowflakes Thinlits, Christmas Card

I found this fun card on Pinterest.  You can see the original here. I changed the center line a bit, plus I added some gems to the center of the snowflakes.

The base of the card is a folded half-sheet of Whisper White card stock.

On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of the metallic gold card stock.

On top of the gold is a piece of Whisper White cut 3-7/8" x 5-1/8".  I embossed it with the snowflake texture folder.

I cut a a 5/8" strip of silver metallic card stock.  I taped it at an angle and trimmed the edges.  I added some tape to the back of the card stock over the areas where the strip was taped down and wrapped copper thread around it about 5 or 6 times.

I die cut the snowflakes from the "Snowflakes Sentiments" bundle that included the "Swirly Snowflakes" thinlits.  I cut the 2 end snowflakes from the set of three.

I stamped the words from the "Snowflakes Sentiments" set using Soft Suede ink.  I set the snowflakes in place using Dimensionals and I added some gold faceted gems to the center of the 3 snowflakes.  And that was it. Pretty simple and quick too!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
