Beautiful Bouquet, Butterfly Thinlit, Birthday Card

This was a super fun and easy birthday card to make.  This photo does not do the card justice. The butterfly was die cut using the silver glitter paper.  It's VERY elegant looking.  It would make a lovely wedding or anniversary card too.

The base of this card is a folded half sheet of Whisper White card stock. On top of that is a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Smoky Slate card stock.  On top of that is the 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Whisper White card stock.

Smoky Slate ink was used to make the splatters.  They were from the "Timeless Textures" set.  You need to stamp a lot of them because the stamp is rather small.

Next the silver foil strip was added.  It measures 5" x 1/2".  Then the butterfly was die cut and set in place with Dimensionals.  And lastly the words were from the "Beautiful Bouquet" set and were stamped using Smoky Slate ink. They were die cut using the oval Framelits and the scalloped layer was done using Smoky Slate card stock. The words were taped together and set in place using Dimensionals.  And that was it.  Ya gotta love those super easy and yet very elegant looking cards.

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
