So in Love, Anniversary Card

I found this fun and pretty card on Pinterest.  I thought I should add a few more cards to my anniversary stash. Though this card can be used as a Valentine's Day or Wedding card too.  The original card can be found here

This card was super quick to make.  It's one of those cards you could whip up super quick as you are heading out the door to the anniversary party or the wedding!  Decorative background paper aids in making a card super quick!

The base of this card is a folded half-sheet of Blushing Bride. It folds on the top so you cut it on the short side.

Next I cut 2 pieces of Very Vanilla at 4" x 5-1/4".  Then I cut the decorative paper 3-7/8" x 5-1/8".

I cut a doily in half and I then cut that half piece in half.  The half piece goes on the front and the 1/4 piece was put on the left bottom corner on the inside piece of Very Vanilla cardstock.

I cut the Very Vanilla strip 7/8" wide x 3-7/8" long.  I stamped the words using black Memento ink.  I added Dimensionals to the strip and then set it in place over the doily.

I punched out a flower using Blushing Bride decorative paper.  I set it in place using a glue dot.  I added a pearl to the center and the card was finished.  That included added the other piece of Very Vanilla to the inside along with the quarter doily in the bottom left corner.  The original card on Pinterest gives you a glimpse of that doily on the inside.

Fun, pretty and quick!

Thank you SO much for visiting today,
Wanda
